Suresh Sharma, FACHE, CA, MSF, CMPE, CRCR, CIA, is a board-certified business executive who over the past 25 years has served in several key executive leadership and consulting roles managing and growing the business operations of various organizations he worked for in India and United States. His focus areas include business strategy & growth, KPI bench-marking and best practices, operational and financial performance, cost optimization, process improvements, and project finance. Most notable achievement in USA is the establishment of The Children’s Hospital University of Illinois as a children’s hospital within a hospital, where, Suresh strategized and assisted the Chairman in the successful rebuilding of the clinical enterprise.

In India, Suresh successfully led numerous prestigious business improvement assignments working with CXO leadership of client companies in developing and executing strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization improving profitability with a gross value more than 5 billion across industry verticals in healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, tourism, and transportation. Most significant contribution was streamlining the operational and financial performance of a regional bank with assets at that time worth two billion, seven hundred and two million Indian rupees. Additionally, as a government approved project finance consultant, he played a lead role in installing new industrial and manufacturing units promoting economic growth in the area. His services evaluated the viability, financial implications and cost optimization of these units and evolved strategy, which met the entrepreneur’s distinct needs.

Suresh earned an MSF from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2001 and Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1991. He is a (1) Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), (2) Certified Medical Practices Executive (CMPE), (3) Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and (4) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
