Personal Biography
Vincent Olivieri serves as the Chief Engineer/Program Manager at You First Services. Vince was brought on board to engineer and bring the Sterilization products to market. Among other things, Vince is known for his energy conservation expertise, he was awarded the 3M Company Global Energy Excellence Award for Energy Leadership.
In 2021, was featured on the front cover of the 3Mer international magazine for achieving 100% Sustainable/Renewable electricity (10MW) at the 3M/Tonawanda, NY manufacturing facilities.
Experience & Career
Vince has enjoyed a vast engineering and business career with over 40 years of technical work in diversified manufacturing. Well versed in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemi al Engineering he has held Senior Engineering and Management positions at the 3M Company, The Niagara Transformer Corporation (power transformers/reactors), The Buffalo Forge Company (fans/blowers/hvac) and the Trico Products Corporation (automotive components).
At 3M, Vince was the Energy Champion for over 20 years, implementing numerous energy reduction projects including ISO 50001 certification. He is credited with installing a process water Free-Air Cooler (2000 Ton), multiple Heat Recovery Systems and Turbomachinery/HVAC equipment used for process/building environmental control.
Designed and implemented PLC controlled manufacturing lines to create an array of different products. Vince has also designed and installed electro-chemical systems used to produce large scale consumer/industrial products.
